Q: What software do I need to have installed on my computer?

You do not need to have any of the taught applications on your machine since these are
installed on our lab computers which you log into from your home or office.
You do need to have a browser (ie: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome) and our remote software.

Q: Can I practice more after the class is over?

We want you to practice what you have learned so we make our lab machines available to you for an
extra two weeks after your course has finished. You may also download our screen recordings to review.

Q: What are the hardware requirements to join a live class?

Practically any computer that can browse the Internet at a decent speed should be fine.
You do not need to have a web camera but a microphone headset is required to participate in class.
If you do not have a headset you can find a wide selection at Amazon.com.

Q: Can you help me setup my computer?

We have made joining our live classes pretty straight-forward, but in the event you require assistance
we can provide remote support.

Q: How many people can there be in a class?

To provide you with as much personalized attention as possible we limit our classes to six students.

Q: Do you offer group discounts?

We do provide discounted classes for groups of four or more as follows:
